Finally got it working. I was unable to use my fidesmo wearable or the app as it repeatedly told me no activation methods available. Glad I haven't wasted £60. Ended up getting it working by removing the pre-connected wearable and readding everything from scratch. Had to hold the watch strap against the phone with the app open for about 5 minutes for some reason. To be clear I didn't hear from the support team, but it was over Christmas.

Extremely rudementary, non intuitive , with different settings for which there is no description . For this to be a useful app and service it needs serious overhawl. Disappointing.

I dont get this app. I sync my phone and now what? There is a fidesmo-bar underneath wich i cant do anything with. I am not sure i can see the purpose off this app. I tjought it would ask me to scan my transit card on the back of my phone and i am good to go and use my phone istead of my physical card.
